About Chris Higgins

Chris Higgins (born Sept 23, 1972) is an American punk/pop-punk musician from Orange County, CA. Known as Higgins X-13, he played guitar, keyboards, percussion & backing vocals with The Offspring (1994-2005) on classics like “Come Out and Play,” “Self Esteem,” and “Pretty Fly (For a White Guy).” He later joined the ska-punk band Wank and its off-shoot Sleeping Dogs, appearing on Wank’s 2020 album White Knuckle Ride and 2022 single “The States.” He’s also active in worship music and digital media roles at St. John’s Lutheran Church.
